A qualified accountant, Charlie has garnered extensive experience in Asset Based Lending at leading international banks and in private credit. Charlie has developed Asset Based Lending expertise fulfilling functional roles across origination, underwriting, risk and portfolio management and has also worked in Debt Advisory and Restructuring at a Big 4 accountancy firm.
Outside work, Charlie enjoys following the England and Bath Rugby teams.

Richard joined ALL Capital after a distinguished 17-year career holding senior roles across credit and risk. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing business risk on transactions of up to £100 million, working across multiple jurisdictions and a broad range of funding solutions. Richard brings extensive experience across growth capital, acquisitions, complex MBOs and restructuring scenarios, as well as more traditional working capital facilities. At ALL Capital, he plays a key role in shaping a robust and pragmatic risk framework that supports sustainable growth for both the business and its clients.
Outside work Richard is a keen runner, plays the guitar and enjoys building Lego (with or without the kids!)

A qualified accountant, Mike has considerable lending experience across Leverage Finance and Asset Based Lending gained at leading banks and private credit. In addition to his lending experience, Mike has undertaken leading roles in organisation and process design, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.
Outside work, Mike enjoys staying active with regular triathlons and is a keen swimmer.

Alice brings over 25 years’ experience in asset based lending and commercial finance, gained at leading international banks. She has held roles across asset management, syndications, risk, and portfolio management, with particular strength in managing complex client needs. Alice has a strong track record of providing proactive support to help clients grow their businesses across corporate and international portfolios.
Outside work, Alice enjoys cooking, arts and crafts, reading and spending time with her family.

Sara has an extensive background in commercial finance and asset management gained at leading international banks. Working in teams serving corporate and international clients, Sara has gained a wealth of experience supporting complex client portfolios across asset monitoring, risk management and client operations. As Operations Manager at ALL Capital, Sara is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, supporting the investment team and ensuring that clients’ needs are swiftly and efficiently met.
Outside work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family.
