ALL Capital marks first year as it continues supporting businesses with flexible asset-based lending solutions

London, x December 2025 — A year after entering the UK commercial finance market, ALL Capital Management is marking its first anniversary with a growing pipeline of opportunities and strong engagement across the advisory and business community. The firm continues to offer tailored asset-based lending (ABL) solutions of up to £20 million, designed to help UK and overseas companies unlock value from their assets and access the working capital required for growth.

Throughout its first year, ALL Capital has focused on building deep relationships with corporate finance advisors, turnaround specialists, accountants, and business owners across a wide range of sectors — including manufacturing, logistics, professional services, retail, and distribution. With traditional lenders continuing to tighten their criteria, the firm’s flexible approach has positioned it as a valuable partner for businesses exploring alternative funding.

Charlie Hodgson, Director of ALL Capital comments “As we reflect on our first 12 months, our mission remains unchanged: to empower businesses by turning their assets into opportunity. We understand that many well-run companies face funding challenges not because of poor performance, but because traditional financing options don’t reflect the true value of their balance sheet. Our asset-based solutions bridge that gap — quickly, strategically, and with flexibility.”

“We are actively working alongside advisors and management teams who recognise the value of asset-based lending in today’s market. The level of interest and engagement we’ve received has been extremely encouraging.”

With facilities available up to £20 million, ALL Capital is focused on supporting both mid-market and growing businesses with funding that is scalable and evolves with their needs. Each solution is secured against assets including receivables, inventory, property and machinery. ALL Capital can also offer term loans over and above typical Asset Based Lending parameters, which deliver an even greater level of funding to support their client’s ongoing cashflow position. ALL Capital’s tailored solutions are designed to provide liquidity, enhance cash flow, and support ambitions such as expansion, acquisitions, or turnaround strategies. The firm’s experienced lending team ensures a responsive, collaborative approach to structuring facilities.

Reflecting on the firm’s first year, fellow Director Mike Bryon added: “We are absolutely delighted with the response from our intermediary network and the level of support we’ve received since launching ALL Capital. The trust and enthusiasm from advisors across the UK, has been instrumental in helping us build a strong pipeline, and we’re excited to continue developing these relationships as we move into our second year.”

Over the past 12 months, the business has also invested heavily in enhancing its team, internal processes, credit capabilities, and technology infrastructure to ensure a smooth and responsive experience for both advisors and management teams. These foundations have enabled the team to assess opportunities quickly, offer clear feedback, and tailor potential structures to the specific needs of each business they engage with — positioning the firm strongly to deliver client transactions.

“From day one, we set out to represent the next generation of asset-based lending,” added Hodgson. “We are building strong foundations, forming trusted relationships, and helping businesses understand how asset-based solutions can unlock real value and help them achieve their ambitions. We look forward to converting our strong pipeline into our first transactions and continuing this momentum into our second year.”
